Sports technology services

We continuously invest in athletic technology that helps you blast through performance plateaus. We combine technology with our training expertise to build programs that meet your needs. We offer:

AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill™

You can work out with less pain while recovering from leg, foot and ankle injuries. The pressurized, airtight enclosure reduces your body weight by as much as 80% in precise 1% increments.

AlterG® training helps with:

  • Enhancing athletic performance
  • Maintaining fitness levels after injury
  • Minimizing stress-related injuries during training

Blood flow restriction treatment

Blood flow restriction helps you gain strength without the need to lift heavy weights. By using a specialized tourniquet system, this therapy protects muscle tissue from the stress of strength training while you heal after surgery or injury.

BlazePods®

BlazePods® is a light reaction training system to challenge the brain and body during recovery. Our specialists use this neurocognitive training method to improve reaction time and focus throughout recovery, which helps lower your risk of injury and enhances your sports performance.

Hockey treadmill

The hockey treadmill’s lubricated ice-like surface trains hockey players to become more efficient skaters with an incline up to 30 degrees and speeds up to 20 mph. Athletes are harnessed during training to ensure safety.

Incline treadmill skating helps athletes produce more power on each stride as opposed to rink skating. Regular training with our experts will enable athletes to enhance their breakaway speed, develop quicker cuts, improve their power in the first three strides and gain overall conditioning.

Tuff Tread Elite performance treadmills

With speeds up to 31 mph and inclines up to 40%, these treadmills are designed to improve running mechanics, stride length and frequency, knee drive, hip position and arm swing. Athletes are harnessed during training to ensure safety.

The placement of a forward-facing mirror and verbal cues by the trainer help athletes make corrections in real time. Incline running is ideal for naturally developing perfect running form.

The incline forces athletes to drive their knees high and land with their foot directly underneath them. As a result, stride angle increases and more of the energy generated moves them forward instead of upward, thus improving efficiency.

Athletes who perfect their running form on an incline are able to preserve the improved running form on a flatter slope.

Video analysis and feedback

Feedback and analysis are critical to reaching peak athletic performance. Our sophisticated video analysis tools give you immediate feedback you can use to improve. We offer:

Dartfish™

We use Dartfish™ video system to analyze your movements. Our trainers develop exercises to correct flaws and improve how you move.

Isokinetic testing

Isokinetic testing measures joint strength during range of motion. We use varied speeds as you move your joint to test load-bearing capacity and target areas for improved performance.

These tests help us develop treatment plans after injury and create training plans that help you achieve optimal athletic performance.

SmartSpeed timing system

Our specialists use the SmartSpeed timing system to help you build speed, power and sport-specific agility. We help improve your:

  • Ability to change direction in response to stimuli
  • Acceleration time
  • Elevation
  • Ground contact time to power output ratio
