Aurora Research Institute assists Aurora BayCare providers interested in conducting research studies.

Investigator-initiated research includes projects and programs that Aurora BayCare physicians develop within their special interest areas. IIR studies are a key component of Aurora BayCare’s medical research program.

Our researchers are active in the Wisconsin Chapter of SoCRA (Society of Clinical Research Associates) with Bellin Hospital, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Marshfield Clinic, Gunderson Lutheran Hospital and UW Health. We are active members of the Wisconsin Network for Health Research (WiNHR), StrokeNet network and NETT (The Neurological Emergencies Treatment Trials Network). These research collaborations continue to bring new studies to Aurora BayCare’s growing department.
