Our guidelines are designed to keep everyone safe while helping reduce the spread of COVID-19. All potential visitors must be screened and wear a mask. Learn more about our updated visitor guidelines.
Whether you're visiting us for medical care or are here to support a friend or family member, we want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. The information below will help you find your way around our health care campus. If you need additional information, please call 920-288-8000 or ask our staff while you are with us.
Cellular phones can disrupt the performance of medical equipment. Please do not use cell phones in areas where there are signs prohibiting their use. Hospital employees can direct you to areas appropriate for cell phone use. Cell phones may be used in private patient rooms, and free WiFi is available in most areas of the medical center.

If you misplace an item during your time with us, please contact security at 920-288-3190.

For your convenience, we offer free valet parking. The service is available Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the main hospital entrance.
The Aurora Pharmacy located here at Aurora BayCare Medical Center can fill your prescriptions. We can deliver them to your hospital room or have them ready for pickup on your way home. The pharmacy is located on the first floor, just off the main atrium lobby. Phone: 920-288-3140
Your own clergy person or faith leader is always welcome at Aurora BayCare. Our own chaplains are available in house between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please speak with your caregiver if you would like to speak with a chaplain. The Interfaith Chapel, located on the 1st floor between the inpatient lobby area and the main atrium entrance, is open 24-hours a day.
