Attend our Parkinson’s fitness class or schedule one-on-one therapy. We’ll teach you how to cope with movement problems and enhance safety.

The Parkinson’s Rehabilitation program is designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease. We’ll teach you tips and strategies for coping with movement problems.

Individual rehabilitation services may include physical therapyoccupational therapyspeech therapy, and swallowing and dietary therapy.

In order to maximize your independence and safety in the community, our therapists may recommend strategies to help you deal with home, school, work, and/or recreational environments.

Mobile and Fit Parkinson’s Class

The Mobile and Fit exercise class is designed so that people with Parkinson’s disease can get better and stay better through exercise. The class targets movement deficits caused by Parkinson’s disease with the goal of reducing falls, improving function, and improving quality of life.

The Mobile and Fit class is guided by instructors trained in Parkinson’s wellness and recovery.

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 to 11 a.m.
Location: Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine Center, 1160 Kepler Drive, Green Bay
Cost: $5 per class or $24 for five sessions
