Philosophy: “I truly enjoy helping members of our community find ways to become or stay active. It is very important to me to get to know people, determine what their goals are, and together come up with a plan to help them achieve success. For every person, that success is different, which is why it is important to have open communication and come up with a program that will help them meet whatever their goals may be. As a runner and distance coach, I have developed many programs for both top athletes and individuals who are just getting started. Because running is an activity that can be done anytime, anywhere, it is one of the easiest ways to get started on the path to an active and healthy lifestyle.”
