AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill
The AlterG is an anti-gravity treadmill, with patented NASA technology, designed for rehabilitation of lower-extremity injuries and for athletic performance training at partial body weight.
The AlterG treadmill creates a powerful lifting force while holding you in a pressurized, airtight enclosure. You control the pressure and can reduce your weight by as much as 80% in precise 1% increments. AlterG training is designed for rehabilitation, enhancing athletic performance, minimizing stress-related injuries when training, and maximizing fitness retention during rehab.
Additional features include a video monitoring system with three camera angles, speeds up to 12 mph, and incline up to 15 degrees.
Call (920) 288-5491 to set up a free 30-minute trial and orientation session. You’re then welcome to purchase sessions and train using the AlterG on your own. Each training session is a maximum of 45 minutes.
- 1 session = $15
- 10 sessions = $135
- 20 sessions = $255
The Athletic Republic Super Running Treadmill ramps up from 0 to 28 miles-per-hour in less than 3 seconds. Standard treadmills cannot produce the speed or stability the Super Treadmill provides. With inclines up to 40%, the Super Treadmill teaches your body to move faster. You can see, hear, and feel what you need to do to improve in a safe and effective way.
Hockey Treadmill - hockey development is more than just skating
Athletic Republic’s patented hockey treadmill has a specially lubricated, ice-like surface that allows athletes to train in their skates. The hockey treadmill is appropriate for skaters at all levels. For beginners just learning the fundamentals to professional athletes seeking stride efficiency, the hockey treadmill is the ultimate tool for developing better form and technique.
The hockey treadmill includes a front puck platform for developing hand/eye coordination while maintaining stride mechanics. The treadmill can provide advanced speed training and incline training to provide workout opportunities you can’t get on regular ice.
- Use increased incline to develop speed and power
- Improve stride frequency and length
- Improve skating mechanics
- Build edge control and stability
- Skate forward or backwards
We offer in-season, off-season, and team training sessions.

Pro Multi-Hip (PMH) Machine
Hip exercises improve your sports performance and aid rehabilitation. Aurora BayCare’s PMH machine improves key abdominal muscles and hip flexors, offering resistance settings from 15 to 375 pounds (highest in the industry). Strong hip flexors are associated with stride length, kicking power, momentum, and mobility.
3PQ (Plyo Pess Power Quotient) is a force plate that assesses lower body power output during functional movements. The 3PQ is mounted on the plyo press that is built to reduce stress on vulnerable joints in your body, such as knees and lower back. The combination of the plyo press and 3PQ not only minimizes risk of injury, but also increases an athlete's performance.
The 3PQ provides the most accurate and detailed information on explosive output that cannot be seen by the naked eye. 3PQ can only be found at licensed Athletic Republic facilities.
This unique room holds the Dartfish™ and K-Vest, which are 2D and 3D technologies. These state-of-the-art feedback systems assist athletes of all ages and skill levels in improving their performance.
