Performance Golf Training
Go beyond the swing, with full body golf training.
Designed for golfers at any level, age, or condition, our Performance Golf program address flexibility, strength, and balance deficits that may hinder your game. Trainers can also address your golfing personality and mental preparation, for a complete approach to improving your golf game.
An initial golf performance evaluation will include the following:
- Review of your golf and medical history
- Head-to-toe musculoskeletal assessment
- Swing assessment using video analysis
Play pain-free. Your golf performance program may be developed with a physical therapy emphasis to address return-to-play issues after an injury or surgery. Our staff utilizes expertise in golf fitness and golf rehabilitation to assist injured golfers, keep players active, and prevent future injury.
Add distance, lower your score, and improve swing consistency. The performance golf training program focuses on maintaining alignment and enhancing body positions during your swing. Training focuses on the whole golfer to develop:
- Overall physical fitness
- Golf-specific fitness
- Metal focus
- Sports nutrition
The performance golf training program is taught by an expert staff of certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) professionals, licensed physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, and PGA golf professionals.
After an initial fitness evaluation, the staff will develop a customized program based on your strengths and weaknesses. A customized program may also include a “Mental Golf Workshop Profile,” an at-home workout plan, and a membership to the Titleist Performance Institute website.
Programs typically include six or more sessions. Individual, buddy, small group, and team conditioning sessions are available.
