This class is led by a Parkinson's Wellness Recovery trained instructor with the goal of improving overall strength, mobility & balance with fun & functional activities. All ability levels, spouses/caregivers are encouraged to attend.

Align & Flow Yoga

This class is slower paced with focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Classes are open to students of all levels.

Core & More

High intensity to help you reach your fitness goals. Mixing plyometric movements, body weight exercises & interval training to push you further than you would normally alone. Challenge muscular endurance & improve coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises.

5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Bariatric Exercise and Movement)- With the use of a chair, body weight resistance, tubing, and light weights this class will give you a total body workout while strengthening your core, assisting to decrease joint pain, and improve overall mobility. This class will also include wellness coaching to help assist you with goal-setting to reach your short-term and long-term weight-loss goals. A consult with a trainer is required before taking this class.

Kettleball Krush

A dynamic, progressive strength class featuring kettlebell exercises (push, pull, swing and press!), heavy bars & weights. This class features total-body, functional & dynamic movement and challenging strength combinations - no whining allowed! Moderate to high intensity and low to moderate impact.

This cardio class uses high-intensity punches, blocks, kicks and strikes and fuses them with classic boxing conditioning for a fun and sweaty workout. All high impact moves can easily be done in moderate-to-low impact.

Push, pull, squat, lunge, rotate, & plank your way to a fitter self in this total body suspension workout. Gain total body strength & endurance with this fun, exciting, upbeat class. TRX demo class is required before taking this class.

RIPPED Cardio Sculpt NEW

A workout that delivers results and is deemed plateau-proof. A high-energy style workout that utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight, using the R.I.P.P.E.D formula-resistance, intervals, power, plyometric, endurance and diet. Each segment is 6-9 minutes so you never get bored and the high-energy music motivates you too.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa/flow yoga classes maintain awareness & focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures maybe different but always progress with moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time and will flow together to unite the body, breath and mind. Classes range from intermediate to advanced.

Step & Simply Strength

This step class is powerful & intense, yet easy enough for all fitness levels to follow. It combines simple choreography with high to moderate intensity moves. You can control your intensity by just adjusting the step height. Simply Strength will strengthen your entire body with the use of free weights, bands and stability balls. Great for all fitness levels.

Come enjoy a mix of 15 minutes of cardio exercises to get your heart rate up, 15 minutes of strength training to burn fat, and 15 minutes of core and stretching. Get a great workout from head to toe in 45 minutes.

Pilates Mat focuses on improving spine strength and mobility, core strength and stability through a focused progression of exercises. Control, precision, breath and sequencing are emphasized throughout. Improve your posture, core definition and reduce probability of back pain with this workout.
