The Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine Center is a state-of-the-art facility that will empower you to live healthy. The Fitness Center includes cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a multi-sport gym floor, hydrotherapy facilities, fitness studio, and an outdoor field.

Membership includes use of the exercise equipment in the drop-in fitness center. Stop in to use the treadmills, weight machines, ellipticals, bikes, and other fitness center equipment. The gym area, fitness studio, and therapeutic pool are also available for use when they aren’t being used for classes or private training sessions.

Mon. - Thurs. 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday* 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday** 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
*1st floor court/hitting bay access is 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

- New members receive a free consultation with a personal trainer.
- Children ages 11-13 must complete an orientation with a personal trainer and must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Must be 14 years old to attend a group fitness class
Aurora BayCare offers a variety of group fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Group fitness classes are included free as part of your membership or day pass.
We offer spin, yoga, step, core, kickboxing and more. Please check our Group Fitness Schedule at the front desk or click on the following link for current classes and times.
Use of the heated therapeutic pool is included in your membership. The pool is an ideal environment to improve flexibility, strength and mobility. It is especially beneficial if you have pain from joint conditions or arthritis.
