Fitness Center & Group Fitness
The Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine Center is a state-of-the-art facility where you can achieve your goals. The fitness center includes cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a multi-sport gym floor, indoor turf area, hydrotherapy facilities, fitness studio, and an outdoor field.
Due to construction and capacity issues, the fitness center is limited to current members, patients, and Aurora BayCare team members at this time. You can gain access by enrolling in personal training, medical fitness, or sports performance services.
Turn your goals into accomplishments. Personal trainers can provide the education and motivation to take your exercise routine to the next level. For many people, this one-on-one attention is exactly the kind of support they need to build new habits and make long-term lifestyle changes.
Medical fitness programs are an extension of your formal rehabilitation program. Transition from therapy to complete independence. Medical fitness training is also designed for people with significant weight loss goals who are just beginning a fitness program.

If you’ve hit a weight loss plateau, it may be time to look at the lifestyle factors that could be slowing down your metabolism. Once you we know your resting metabolic rate, we can calculate how many calories you need each day to reach your goals. While you can’t change all of the factors that determine how your metabolism functions, it is possible to give your metabolism a boost by changing some of your daily habits.
