Please join us at a Stroke Support Group meeting. We hold monthly sessions with educational topics, guest speakers, and guided discussion.
- Learn how to maximize your recovery from peers and professionals
- Discuss your fears, hopes, and frustrations
- Better understand your condition and treatment options
- Get emotional support and tips for greater function
The support group is an informal opportunity to get together and share your experiences of life after a stroke. Meeting other stroke survivors who understand what you’re going through can help with your recovery. All stroke survivors and their caregivers are welcome to attend.
