Why Condition for Golf?
In order to be at your maximum playing level, you must train and condition
for golf. By participating in Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine's Whole in One Golf
Program, our expert staff will prepare you to increase your performance and help
to prevent injuries. The trainers will concentrate on improving your posture,
balance, stability, mobility, power, coordination and endurance. Each one of
these components interacts directly with each other, thus, making it important
to strengthen all areas of your golf game. For example, you must maintain
stability in your lower body and mobility in your upper body. You will learn how
to properly train all areas to maximize your potential.
