Athletic Republic Sports Training has sports-specific programs that are tailored to an athlete’s sport, ability and goals. Successful athletic performance relies on physical mechanics that are specific to an individual's sport.

We focus on improving the overall athlete, by improving their movement skills – particularly speed, power and agility – through training programs that were developed based on years of research into how the body responds to particular stresses.

Athletic Republic Sports Training programs and patented equipment were developed by Athletic Republic President, John Frappier, M.S., Exercise Physiology, and their Chief Officer of Science and Technology, Steve Swanson, M.S., Biomechanics.

Competitive sports training program

Athletes receive an individualized program designed for their sports, goals and fitness levels. Through the use of patented sprintcords and specialized equipment, we help athletes work smarter to achieve success. Athletes are given pre and post tests to monitor their success.
