Skate Fast Hockey Program
Core Program
The six-week core program targets hockey-specific functional strengthening, core
strength and muscular endurance. Our skilled hockey specialists offer
personalized attention with an emphasis on building a strong foundation helping
you reach a higher level. The core program is appropriate for all ages and skill
levels and is a great introduction to the Full Results Program.
Full Results Program
The Full Results Program is a must for all hockey players who want to improve
their physical ability and hockey skills. You will receive one-on-one training
on the Super Treadmill that will improve your speed on the ice. You will also
develop explosive legs and quick feet through a variety of plyometrics and
agility drills.
The Full Results Program is a six-week program – three sessions per week, two on
the Super Treadmill and one focused on plyometrics. The program includes a
pre-functional assessment, nutritional analysis and home flexibility program.
The Full Results Program offers hockey players the opportunity to make the most
gains where it counts the most – speed, agility, flexibility, mechanical
efficiency, motor patterns and strength.
