Average program results
When you train on the Athletic Republic programs, you not only will take your
conditioning to a higher level, but you will also improve your quickness,
balance, agility and overall athletic performance.
Average athlete results are a:
- 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump
- 50% reduction in recovery rates
- And a decrease of .20 of a second in a 40-yard sprint.
Plyometric training improves balance and awareness of body position, as well
as strengthens hips, improves vertical lift and develops quickness and lateral
agility. We have observed an average improvement in throwing velocity of 4 miles
per hour with college players, and every player from youth through professionals
have witnessed improvements in throwing velocity.
Individuals achieve significant improvements after going through the
Recreational Athlete Program.
Improvements include:
