Whole in One Golf Program
Our goal is to identify any physical areas of the body that may be limiting your
golf potential. With the help of Dartfish™ analysis system and our team of golf
professionals and staff, we will work together to analyze your physical
attributes and technique. We are committed to providing you with the best
experience and performance enhancement services. Choose from a variety of
services to improve your body and game.
Dartfish™ Analysis and Biomechanical Evaluation (Pre-test & Post-test)
The biomechanical evaluation focuses on the physical characteristics of your
body including power, posture, range of motion, flexibility, balance, stability,
core strength, endurance, and forces transferred through your body. This
information is used in conjunction with the swing analysis to prescribe a custom
functional strength and conditioning program along with a home exercise program
to continue your progress. This part of the analysis is done over 2 sessions
with each lasting 1.5 hours. The evaluation also includes the evaluation after
completing any of the packages listed below (post-test).
Everyone’s technique is different, just like a fingerprint. The Dartfish™ system
captures each movement onto a computer and then can be analyzed right away. This
system also allows us to work on a specific area of weakness with immediate
tape-delayed feedback. We can copy your swing to a CD for you to review at home,
too! This part of the analysis is 45 minutes and is scheduled separately from
the biomechanical evaluation. The fee for the Dartfish™ system includes the
biomechanical evaluation and Dartfish™ Video Swing Analysis.
Performance enhancement packages
Completion of a swing analysis and biomechanical evaluation is required prior to
enrollment in a golf package. You will work with the golf biomechanical
specialists and the PGA Pros to improve your posture, coordination, stability,
balance, golf-specific strength and mobility to maximize your golf potential.
Golf cords will be used to enhance core muscle recruitment to help increase
stability and power through your swing. Other areas that will be worked on
include hands-on flexibility, strength and stability training, core and
abdominal recruitment, power and endurance, and balance and posture. These are
each schedule as a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio with each session lasting 1-2 hours,
depending on level of advancement.
With the packages, you will also be able to use the facility for cardiovascular
work and lifting and hitting areas (space permitting). Participants utilizing
the programs obtained, on average, an improvement of 5 to 8 mph in swing speed
and more importantly, improved accuracy.

Ancillary services
Orthotic Fabrication
The golf swing starts from the ground up, just like walking; therefore,
attention to proper foot mechanics is crucial. Measurements are taken to
establish a neutral foot position to optimally have your body rotate around your
base. Orthotic necessity is determined by the golf staff and is based on
individual needs.
Pre-Event Stretching
A golf specialist will provide you with general and personal stretches and
warm-ups designed to concentrate on key areas of your body during the golf
swing. Most of the stretches can be done right on the golf course!
Golf Fitness Lectures
A golf specialist will provide an interactive demonstration to expose the
connection between the body’s physical limitations and the golf swing. Attendees
can go through a screening to determine any specific area that may be
restricting their swing. Fees are dependent on travel and hours of event.
