Athletic Republic uses research-based, patented equipment to develop an
individualized training program for each athlete. Upon the completion of a
physical assessment and functional movement screening, our expert staff will
tailor a program that best fits the individual athlete's goals.

Running is an element of nearly every sport. Our specialized
treadmill, along with the guidance of our certified trainers, will
improve your body mechanics, speed, and endurance. This patented
piece of equipment is used to implement our researched-based
protocols and is designed to help you to increase speed and
endurance. It inclines to a 40 percent grade with a top speed of 28
mph.

Benefits of our treadmill include:
- Provides more shock absorption which decreases overuse
- An increase in stride length and frequency to cover more ground
- Retro (backward running) training to improve control

Plyometrics
Plyometric training teaches individuals how to move faster with
better body control. Agility drills on the plyo floor will
help maximize quickness and explosiveness. The floor is
specially designed with shock absorbency, which allows for better
performance and decreased risk of injury

Resistance Cords
Our patented SprintCords, KickingCords, ThrowingCords, and
PowerCords help you produce more power whether you are hitting,
throwing, running, or jumping.
