Our innovative rehabilitation program offers both traditional inpatient and
outpatient rehabilitation services, as well as the Planetree Boulevard concept.
Planetree Boulevard is a controlled “life-life, real-world” setting developed to
assist patients in maximizing their independence utilizing real life challenges.
Our orthopedic specialists are integrated with a comprehensive rehabilitation
