The Wellness Team of Aurora Health Care consists of nurses, dietitians, and exercise physiologists. There are numerous programs and services that can be offered through the Wellness Department. Some of these programs include:

Aurora Health Care has developed a comprehensive Personal Health Profiles (PHP's) that can be done onsite and tailored to meet the needs of your specific company. Our PHP's provide the participants with data regarding their current health status and potential risk factors. All results are immediate, followed by general education and immediate intervention for high-risk individuals.
