Messages will be delivered Mon. - Fri., 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Central time. Although we cannot guarantee it, we will make every effort to deliver orders received by 1 p.m. the same day. Orders received after 1 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

If the patient has been discharged when we receive your order, or we are unable to locate the patient based on the information provided, we will let you know via email.
