Lost and Found

If you misplace an item during your time with us, please contact our security at ext. 3190. If an item is found after you leave, we will contact you regarding your return of the item.

Mail/Floral Deliveries

All mail, floral arrangements and gifts coming to the medical center will be promptly delivered.  Our mailing address is:

Newspapers/ATM Machine

The Green Bay Press-Gazette and the USA Today are available for purchase in the vending machine area located next to the Greenbrier Café. You will also find an ATM machine in the vending area.

Smoking

Aurora BayCare is a smoke free campus. Smoking is prohibited in the building and on the grounds. Smoking is only allowed in personally owned vehicles.

Patient smoking will be permitted only in rare instances when accompanied by a written physician order. Patients that have a written physician order are allowed to smoke on an outside patio near the physician entrance. Ask your caregiver for specific directions.

Valet Parking

For your convenience, we offer assistance with vehicle parking. The service is available Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the main hospital atrium entrance
